The Planning Center Services app is the best way to access your Planning Center Services account on your iOS device. Planning Center Services is an online scheduling and worship planning application to keep your staff and volunteers connected. With our native app, you get an optimized Planning Center experience wherever you are. Manage your schedule, accept or decline scheduling requests, blockout dates, upload your user picture, and if you are a musician, use the media player or attachments section to access music for rehearsals.

If you are responsible for scheduling volunteers or planning services, the app has features just for you! Add users to your schedule, check for conflicts, and email them at any time. Add items, songs, media or headers to your order of service and drag and drop them to reorder. Plus, the plan page and your schedule update in real time even without having to refresh!

- False Password Reset Error: Resetting your password no longer throws an error message when it actually worked. Phew.
- Account Switching Links: Tapping a link to a plan in a different organization now actually takes you there instead of leaving you stuck.
- Song Length Editing: Editing just the minutes or seconds on a song's length no longer zeroes out the other part. Tidied up.

• Leader Assignments on mobile. You can now add leader assignments for new items right from your phone.
• Leader names in Order of Service. Leader names now appear alongside their avatars in the order of service. Faces are great, but names help too.
Fixed:
• Split-team scheduling. Removing a split-team member from both times in a plan no longer incorrectly results in an “Unassigned” scheduling. Phew.
• Song item descriptions truncated. Song item descriptions were getting cut short in plan view while non-song items were not. Everyone gets full sentences now.
• Wrong leader column title in Order of Service. The leader column now displays the correct title. It knew who it was all along. 6.9.2 Jun 6 Eight fixes, one update, zero crashes. We’ve been busy.

• “Unavailable” and “Once a Quarter” scheduling options. Same great options, now on iOS too. Your schedule preferences just got a whole lot more flexible.
Improved
• Hamburger Menu on phones. Swapped the Column menu for a Hamburger Menu on phone devices. Easier to reach, less head-scratching.
• Song sequence spacing: The song sequence section in the edit song item screen was hogging too much screen. Reined in.
Fixed
• Blockout dates + household members. Household members now show up correctly when adding a blockout date from your profile. No more flying solo.
• Crash when sorting songs by Title. Sorting songs by Title no longer sends the app into a full meltdown. Sort away.
• Viewers modifying positions. Fixed a bug where Viewers could temporarily adjust assigned positions. They couldn’t save the changes, but still, tidied up.
• File upload loop. Uploading a file to a song no longer gets stuck spinning forever. It just finishes. Revolutionary.
• “Subscribe to Calendar” button. This button now works correctly when you’re set to “Add Events Only” permission. Back on the calendar. 6.9.1 Jun 1 What’s New:
- Volunteer Replacements — Life happens! Now when a volunteer declines, they can find their own replacement instead of leaving that job to you. Less chasing, more worshiping.
- Song & Item Leader Assignments — You can now assign leaders to specific songs and items in your order of service. The right person for the right moment, every time.
- View All Leader Assignments — Ever wonder who’s leading what? A new menu option on the Plan lets you see ALL Leader assignments from the order and the media player, not just your own. No more guessing who’s leading that song. 10,000 more reasons to celebrate.
